Who has access to your data
Access is restricted to the agency’s advisers, who are bound by confidentiality. Where your project requires it, your data may be passed to notaries, surveyors, financial institutions and property portals.
Technical processors for the site:
- IONOS SARL (Sarreguemines, France) — hosting of the website and email. The data stays in France.
- Google Ireland Ltd — displays the map on the Contact page, only after you have consented.
No analytics tool is currently active. Your data is neither sold nor passed on for advertising purposes.
Transfers outside the European Union
Hosting and email are located in France. Only the map, if you accept it, may involve a transfer to Google, covered by the safeguards required under European law.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to set instructions on what happens to your data after your death. You may exercise these rights at any time by writing to contact@projetsimmo.fr, providing proof of identity.

Security
Communications with the site are encrypted. Access to client files is restricted to authenticated advisers, and any attachments you send us — CVs, documents — are stored in an area that is not publicly accessible.
