Here is what a buyer should budget for in 2025-2026.<\/p>\n<h2>What do notary fees consist of?<\/h2>\n<p>They are made up mainly of <strong>transfer duties<\/strong> (taxes paid to the department and the commune), the notary&rsquo;s remuneration (scale fees) and various disbursements.
